Belle Sante Cosmetic Day Spa

I want to start by saying the mini facial was wonderful. Marie did an excellent job. I am disappointed that I took a day off of work to not receive the other two treatments I booked based off questions that should have been asked prior to my arrival. I filled out the paperwork upon my arrival and when I brought up my health history each staff member told me they didn’t actually read the paperwork I filled out. If I hadn’t said anything with each introduction to a new staff member, what would have happened? I sincerely appreciate the consideration for my health and the staff handled it professionally but this spa has been established long enough to know that questions that will determine the services you are eligible to receive should be asked prior to your arrival. This should be added as a prerequisite to confirmation of booking and at a minimum the front office staff should have read the paperwork and pulled me aside from the get go to discuss my options for alternate services etc. It was embarrassing to have to explain a delicate situation to 4-5 people I didn’t know instead of privately with one person.

My experience with the front desk employees was horrible!!!!! I called them three times struggling for directions. They were uninviting and didn’t know how to give directions. So on my way home I spotted their building and went in. Mind you I was 45 minutes late for a 90 minute massage appointment. Instead of being nice or even civil, they turned me away and said I was a no show and someone else was in my appointment time. And that my daughter (who gave me this for a Christmas present) was going to be charged.

I haven't had a facial in a long time, so I almost forgot what to expect, but Madilyn exceeded every expectation. Normally, my skin is pretty sensitive to new products, but none of the products that were used made me break out, plus Madilyn gave me some truly A+ skincare recommendations tailored to my specific skin without trying to actively upsell me on anything, which I really appreciated. I went out and bought the products she recommended and have been using them for 2 days and now my skin doesn't feel horribly dry after washing it! 11/10, would recommend, will be coming back, do your skin a favor!

They all are so nice! I was nervous and excited my first time and one of the girls from the front desk walked in the waiting room and talked with me while I was waiting and she showed excitement for me! I met with Dr. Harrison who was great! Lindsay did my Botox treatment and she was gentle and really nice! I go back in October and get to meet MaryBeth! I recommend them to anyone!
